It was spotless, and I really enjoyed fantastic staff and location. Found in the great area next to Leamington Spa, the local town centre. It was also a few steps away from Quarry Park Disc Golf.

Our favourite hotel in Leamington Spa, staff was competent. Everything was great, regarding drinks and rooms. Terrific customer service too. Bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away😀

We really enjoyed amenities and staff, this hotel had everything we need. Personnel was always friendly. In fact, it has free parking. It was a 4-star venue in every way.
